The goals of the MMAPA are to provide a parents support network and serve as a liaison between parents and the Academy, be a focal point for dissemination of information, and actively support Academy programs and activities.

The Maine Maritime Academy Parents Association are parents and friends of MMA students interested in helping the school provide the best possible education. Most of us have students who presently attend MMA. We act as a support group and as an information source for you with the school.
You are always welcome to contact us with your questions and concerns. We will be able to answer them as parents of MMA students. We may have had many of the same questions when our children first started.
